Building your Leadership Potential

Participants in our Leadership Program meet key leaders in the government, corporate, nonprofit and for-profit sectors. The program experience includes:

		Face-to-face give and take
		Seminar sessions
		Excursions
		Behind the scenes tours and visitations

Networking is encouraged and expected.

The Leadership Program

		A commitment to attend 10 once a month, day-long seminars at various locations within San Mateo County.
		A comprehensive program of specific topics, including Leadership Dynamics & Skills, Government, Law Enforcement & the Judical System, Education, Health, Care, Human Services, Business & Economic Development, Art & Culture, Environmental and Emergency Services, Transportation and Housing & Planning.
		Corporate and employer support is encouraged.
		Needs-based financial aid is available for qualified applicants.
